You can’t escalate in every training-session, sometimes you don't feel mentally prepared and other times you don't feel physically able to do so. Our menstrual cycle has a huge impact on our training and therefore on our performance and development in our sport. We'll talk about the four cycle phases and their individual pros and cons and how they can differ for each person. I'll also show you how you can build a cycle-oriented training plan that will hopefully make you feel more confident and stronger in your training.

I'm Zoe, 22 years old and I come from the Black Forest in Germany. I have always been active in sports and have been involved in our local club as a coach. I did gymnastics, athletics and dance. By many coincidences, I came across parkour 3 years ago and found myself in it.
